How to use templates

In this video, you will learn how to use templates in Centrldesk.

Templates are pre-built flows that you can use and run right away. Of course, you can also use a template as a base and customize it to your needs.

Steps:

1. Choose a workspace where you want to use the template.
2. Click on Use Template.
3. The Templates dialog opens.
4. On the left side, click on a template you want to use in your workspace.
5. On the right side you will see further information about the selected template.
6. Confirm by clicking on Use Template.
7. Your prebuilt flow, in this example 'Create NDA Demo', has been successfully created in your workspace.
8. The 'New' badge indicates that the flow has been newly added.
9. Now you can run the flow directly with 'Run Flow' or customize it to your needs by clicking on the edit icon.
