Centrldesk plans are applicable for one workspace and have the listed limits. Additional charged operations per month packages increase the limits of the workspace.

Every time an application or a flow in a workspace is run by any user or automation, most executed blocks and actions consume operations (ops). For example, when a flow in your app writes data to a database, creates a pdf-document or a user downloads an archive-file, each consumes a specific number of Operations (Ops) per execution. Check the table Operations per Block below to understand your usage.

Depending on the business scenarios you’re addressing, your operations can perform anywhere from one operation to thousands of operations. Don’t worry about using up all your operations before the end of the month. You can always upgrade to a higher tier plan.

Your applications cannot be used, until a new billing cycle starts. When you run out of operations you can upgrade your subscription before the end of the term.

Operations expire at the end of the monthly period.

Centrldesk has multiple plans to help teams of all sizes. Our free plan is available to teams for no charge and provides all the key features. The free plan is free forever and is designed for starting and small teams. Our paid plans offer additional functionality and scale for teams and more complex requirements.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. By choosing to upgrade, we will transition your plan to a fresh billing cycle immediately and provide you with a prorated credit for the remaining time on your previous plan. If you downgrade, you remain on your current plan until the end of your billing cycle and the changes take effect for the next billing cycle.

We accept credit card payments for all plans and additionally SEPA Direct Debit for some regions/currencies. For enterprise customers, we also provide payment by invoices and custom invoicing. Please contact sales for more information.

Yes. Prices are discounted with the annual payment in advance compared to monthly payments. We also support non-profits and education - please contact us for more details.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your paid plan will run until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your workspace will automatically be switched to the free plan. You can keep your account and log in again at any time. You can also delete your account completely if required.
